Hi! I'm Larissa, Reiki Energy Practitioner & Intuition Mentor
A few years ago, I didn't really know who I was. On the outside, everything looked fine; I was coping, working, functioning. Inside, I felt lost and unsettled. I knew something had to change.
I started small. I introduced a few new habits and made some simple but intentional changes to my daily life. Not long after, I began to feel a strong sense of direction; clear thoughts and ideas that kept coming back to me. One of them was the idea of moving from The Netherlands to Australia.
It didn't make logical sense at the time. I was scared. I had to say goodbye to family and friends. But the feeling wouldn't go away. So eventually, I packed my life into a 30kg suitcase and went.
Looking back, I understand that what I was experiencing wasn't something mystical. It was my intuition, my inner clarity. And even though following hasn't always been easy, I can say I'm happier, healthier and more myself than ever because I chose to trust it.
You have that inner voice too. It's the quiet sense of knowing when something isn't right. The nudge to make a change. The feeling that there's more for you than just getting through the day.
But when life gets busy, that voice gets drowned out.

Say "yes" automatically, even when you're already overwhelmed

When you're always "on", you stop hearing what you actually need.
That is no way to live, and you're not meant to live that way. You do not need to become someone else, you simply need to quiet down enough to hear yourself clearly again. The answers aren't outside of you. They're already within you; in your values, your preferences, your bounderies, your body's signals.
I help people remember and reconnect to that inner clarity, take practical steps forward, to remove the noise and build confidence from the inside out. Not through pressure or big dramatic changes, but through simple actions that feel natural, inherent.
